Showroom Sales Staff
About this role
Yangoods retails consumer goods in Pyin Oo Lwin with a team of 50 to 200 employees. The showroom is a primary customer touchpoint requiring staff who can represent the product range effectively.
You will greet showroom visitors and identify their purchasing needs and demonstrate product features while explaining warranty terms. You must process sales transactions at the point-of-sale terminal and maintain product displays to ensure the showroom floor is clean and organized. You will also follow up with previous showroom visitors via phone to answer additional product questions and encourage final purchase decisions.
Required skills include POS terminal operation, product feature demonstration, visual merchandising, and outbound follow-up calling and CRM logging.
High-performing showroom staff advance to Showroom Supervisor or move into B2B sales roles.
