About this role

Providing table service and ensuring a positive dining experience is the primary responsibility of this customer-facing role. The Waiter and Waitress at Innopex Company in Tamwe represents the hospitality brand directly to guests, requiring a combination of menu knowledge, physical coordination, and interpersonal warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, answering questions regarding ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature
• Process guest payments accurately, handling cash, cards, and invoicing as required
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain the cleanliness and tidy appearance of the dining area throughout the shift
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to communicate customer requests, dietary restrictions, and order status

Requirements:

• Prior experience working as a waiter, waitress, or server in a restaurant, cafe, or hotel
• Professional personal presentation and a friendly, welcoming demeanor
• Strong memory to recall menu items, ingredients, and customer preferences
• Physical stamina to remain on feet for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain polite under pressure
