About this role

Overseeing daily operations and staff performance within a specific division requires a balance of operational focus and people management. The Supervisor at Innopex Company in Tamwe is responsible for ensuring that the team meets daily operational targets, adheres to company standards, and delivers a consistent experience to customers in the hospitality or retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule shifts and allocate staff duties to ensure adequate coverage during all operating hours
• Monitor staff performance, providing real-time feedback, coaching, and disciplinary action when necessary
• Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues on the floor quickly
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards
• Prepare daily operational reports, including sales figures, incident logs, and staff attendance records
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement or maintenance, to resolve supply or facility issues

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or a similar service industry
• Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the business
