Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coach a team of sales representatives to improve selling skills and customer engagement
• Set daily and monthly sales targets for each team member and monitor achievement against goals
• Accompany sales representatives on customer visits to provide coaching and handle key accounts
• Analyze sales data to identify underperforming territories, products, or customer segments
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to resolve stock availability and delivery issues
• Prepare sales performance reports and present findings to the sales manager

Requirements:

• Experience in FMCG sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a field sales team
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and translate insights into action
• Understanding of distribution, merchandising, and trade marketing principles
• Valid travel capability and willingness to spend significant time in the field alongside the team
