Sales Staff
About this role
Yangoods retails consumer goods in Pyin Oo Lwin with a team of 50 to 200 employees. The retail floor requires active sales staff to engage customers and drive daily revenue.
You will approach potential customers and explain product features and pricing and achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the store manager. You must arrange products on shelves according to planograms and handle customer complaints while processing returns or exchanges. You will also inform customers about upcoming in-store promotions and loyalty program benefits to encourage repeat visits and build customer retention.
Required skills include planogram compliance, daily target achievement, return and exchange processing, and loyalty program enrollment and customer retention techniques.
Consistent target achievement as a sales staff member leads to promotion to Shift Leader or Sales Supervisor.
