About this role

Sales Representatives at Makro Myanmar promote and sell products from Makro's extensive wholesale catalog to retail outlets and business customers across Yangon. This is an entry-level field sales role designed for individuals who want to build a career in B2B wholesale selling. Makro serves restaurants, grocery stores, hotels, and institutional buyers, so the selling environment is fundamentally different from consumer retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets and business customers to present Makro's product range and pricing
• Identify customer purchasing patterns and suggest products that match their business needs
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up on delivery status
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and purchasing managers
• Report on market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback from field visits
• Meet or exceed monthly sales volume and customer acquisition targets

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or B2B environments
• Valid driver's license or ability to travel independently within Yangon
• Basic computer skills for order entry and reporting
• Energetic and persistent approach to field selling with strong communication skills
