The Sales Executive at Innopex Company is responsible for generating new leads, closing deals, and expanding the customer base across the company's varied hospitality and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to potential clients in different industries
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to close sales successfully
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales management team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitive activities, and industry trends to the marketing team

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Myanmar
• Strong negotiation skills and a target-driven mindset
• Ability to adapt sales techniques to different industries, from retail products to hospitality services
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively while traveling to client sites
