Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders accurately in the company's system and track fulfillment status
- Maintain customer databases with up-to-date contact information, credit terms, and order history
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate between the sales team, warehouse, and logistics on order fulfillment and stock availability
- Manage sales-related documentation including invoices, delivery receipts, and credit notes
Requirements:
- Experience in sales administration, order processing, or general office administration
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software and basic database management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and data integrity
- Good communication skills for coordinating across multiple departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure during peak sales periods
