Sales Admin
About this role
Keeping sales operations organized and data-driven is the purpose of this administrative role at Electronic City's South Okkalapa office. You will handle the behind-the-scenes paperwork and data that enables the sales team to focus on selling.
You will process sales orders and update tracking systems, maintain customer records and contact information, generate sales reports for management review, handle inquiries from customers regarding order status, and coordinate between the sales floor and warehouse on fulfillment. Timeliness and accuracy drive success in this role.
This mid-level position requires experience in sales administration or general office administration, preferably in a retail environment. You should be proficient with spreadsheet and database software, organized under pressure, and capable of managing multiple data streams without errors. Good communication skills for coordinating across departments are necessary.
