About this role
Wagon Links Co.,Ltd operates in commercial sales, requiring a dedicated manager to drive revenue and oversee the sales team. This is a senior individual contributor and management role.
You will develop and execute the annual sales strategy to meet revenue targets and manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. You are expected to negotiate contracts with key clients and analyze sales pipelines to forecast quarterly revenue. You will also represent the company at industry trade events and client meetings to generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
Required skills include sales pipeline forecasting, contract negotiation, team performance management, and trade show and event lead generation.
As a single-post managerial role, this position offers direct influence over company revenue growth.
