Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive relationship strategies for top-tier clients to maximize retention and revenue growth
- Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing structures for complex, high-value partnerships
- Proactively identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across different business units
- Resolve escalated client issues swiftly and effectively to maintain trust and long-term loyalty
- Monitor client account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
- Mentor junior sales and support staff in relationship management best practices
Requirements:
- Extensive professional experience in relationship management, key account management, or B2B sales leadership
- Proven track record of managing large-scale client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Deep understanding of the hospitality, retail, or corporate services sectors
- Ability to build trust with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
