Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive relationship strategies for top-tier clients to maximize retention and revenue growth
• Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing structures for complex, high-value partnerships
• Proactively identify client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions across different business units
• Resolve escalated client issues swiftly and effectively to maintain trust and long-term loyalty
• Monitor client account health metrics and conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders
• Mentor junior sales and support staff in relationship management best practices

Requirements:

• Extensive professional experience in relationship management, key account management, or B2B sales leadership
• Proven track record of managing large-scale client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Deep understanding of the hospitality, retail, or corporate services sectors
• Ability to build trust with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
