Key Responsibilities:

- Screen and direct incoming calls to the correct extensions, taking accurate messages when necessary
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure conference facilities are prepared for scheduled meetings
- Manage visitor registration logs, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with office security procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail sorting and courier tracking
- Provide general administrative support including document filing, data entry, and scheduling assistance
Requirements:
- Experience in reception, front office, or general administration roles
- Professional communication skills in both Myanmar and English for interacting with diverse visitors
- Proficiency with office telephone systems, email, and standard computer applications
- Organized and calm under pressure, particularly when handling multiple visitors or calls simultaneously
- Punctual and reliable as the reception function must be staffed consistently during office hours
