The Receptionist at Myanmar Information Technology serves as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and job applicants at the company's Insein office. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register all visitors, clients, and job candidates arriving at the office
- Answer incoming phone calls, determine the purpose of each call, and route to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and document distribution
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, professional, and welcoming condition
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate calendar bookings for conference facilities
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience is preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a corporate IT services environment
- Strong communication skills in both Myanmar and English
- Comfortable using office telephone systems, basic computer applications, and email
