Quality Control Inspector

About this role

Inspecting raw materials and finished products in a large-scale beverage manufacturing facility requires strict adherence to safety and quality protocols. This Quality Control Inspector role at Grand Royal Group International involves working directly on the production floor to ensure that every batch of manufactured beverages meets both internal specifications and external regulatory standards before reaching the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests on raw ingredients and finished beverage products throughout the production cycle
• Monitor critical control points on the manufacturing line to identify and isolate non-conforming products immediately
• Document all inspection results, calibration checks, and quality deviations in standard reporting formats
• Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory testing equipment to ensure ongoing accuracy of measurements
• Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards within the testing and sampling areas

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in quality control within a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with standard quality management systems and laboratory testing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to make precise measurements under production pressures
• Understanding of local food and beverage safety regulations
