Role overview Support the procurement of electronic products for Sal Pyar Company's retail operations in North Dagon. This entry-level role assists the purchasing team with order processing, supplier communication, and inventory replenishment for a wide range of consumer electronics.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing purchase orders for electronic products based on inventory levels and sales forecasts
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Track incoming shipments and coordinate with the warehouse on receiving and inspection
- Maintain purchasing records including order logs, supplier contact details, and price lists
- Help compare prices across suppliers to support cost-optimization efforts
- Assist in resolving issues related to defective products, wrong deliveries, or delayed shipments
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- No extensive experience required; basic understanding of purchasing processes is sufficient
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail for order tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn about electronic products and supplier management
