Role overview Manage procurement activities for Pacific Dragon International Services, sourcing goods and materials required for the company's trading operations. This role involves identifying suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring that purchases arrive on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for traded goods and operational materials
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality specifications with vendors
• Issue purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor market prices and supply conditions to optimize procurement costs
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams on inbound shipment scheduling
• Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor performance documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in procurement or purchasing within a trading, manufacturing, or distribution company
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
• Familiarity with import procedures and trade documentation is preferred
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software and ERP purchasing modules
