Production Supervisor
About this role
Running a production line inside one of Myanmar's largest beverage manufacturing plants requires constant coordination between people, machines, and quality checks. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations at the Coca-Cola Pinya Beverages facility in Hlaing Tharyar.
You will supervise shift-level production staff, monitor line efficiency and output volumes, enforce food safety and workplace safety standards, troubleshoot equipment issues on the floor, and report daily production metrics to plant management. Minimizing downtime and waste while meeting output targets is the daily measure of success.
A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Industrial Management is required, backed by at least three years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. You need strong leadership skills to manage shift workers, mechanical aptitude to identify process issues, and familiarity with production planning and quality management systems.
