Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise on assigned product lines, understanding specifications, pricing, and competitive advantages
• Conduct product training sessions for sales staff, retail associates, and customer service representatives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to provide insights on product performance and opportunities
• Support the launch of new products by creating sales guides, feature lists, and promotional strategies
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting complex product-related inquiries from the sales team
• Monitor competitor product offerings and recommend adjustments to pricing or positioning strategies

Requirements:

• Background in product management, sales engineering, or specialized technical sales
