Role overview Manage online sales channels for Sal Pyar Company's electronic products retail business in North Dagon. This role focuses on driving revenue through Facebook, Viber, and other digital commerce platforms by engaging customers in real-time chat, processing orders, and coordinating fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage live customer chats on Facebook Messenger, Viber, and other social commerce platforms to answer product inquiries and close sales
• Create and post product listings with clear descriptions, pricing, and images on online selling pages
• Process customer orders, confirm payments, and coordinate with the warehouse for packing and delivery
• Track online sales performance and report on conversion rates, popular products, and customer feedback
• Follow up with customers post-purchase to encourage repeat business and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and flash sales for online channels

Requirements

• Experience in online sales, social commerce, or e-commerce customer service
• Strong written communication skills in Myanmar and English for chat-based selling
• Familiarity with Facebook selling, Viber groups, and Myanmar's social commerce landscape
• Basic product knowledge of electronics and home appliances
• Organized and responsive, with the ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
