TOMO operates in the FMCG sector in Myanmar. The administrative team provides essential support to keep daily business processes running smoothly across departments.
You will provide administrative support including document filing, data entry, and correspondence handling. You must schedule meetings and manage calendars for department heads and handle incoming phone calls to route them to the appropriate personnel while assisting in preparing basic reports and presentations. You will also handle incoming and outgoing courier parcels and maintain a dispatch log for document tracking purposes.
Required skills include data entry and document management, calendar scheduling, business correspondence drafting, and courier dispatch and tracking log maintenance.
