Sales Staff (NPT)
About this role
Sales Staff at Minn Shwe Htee are responsible for direct product sales and customer relationship management in the Naypyidaw region. This entry-level field role requires the candidate to be based in or willing to relocate to Naypyidaw, where the company is actively building its customer base among local businesses and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned customer locations in Naypyidaw to present products, take orders, and follow up on deliveries
- Build and maintain relationships with retail and institutional customers through regular visits
- Provide feedback on customer needs, competitor pricing, and market conditions in the NPT region
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the sales supervisor
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the sales and marketing team
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, and outstanding payments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in sales is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates
- Must be based in Naypyidaw or willing to relocate at own expense
- Good communication skills and the confidence to approach and engage business customers
- Willingness to travel daily within the Naypyidaw area for field visits
