About this role
This Sales and Marketing role at Minn Shwe Htee is based in Naypyidaw, Myanmar's capital and a market with distinct characteristics from Yangon. The capital region has a concentrated government and institutional customer base, and this position combines direct sales activities with marketing support to build the company's presence in this strategically important region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales visits to potential and existing customers in the Naypyidaw region
- Support the development and execution of local marketing activities tailored to the NPT market
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, institutional buyers, and local businesses
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences in Naypyidaw
- Assist with preparing sales reports, customer profiles, and marketing materials
- Coordinate with the Yangon head office on regional strategy and stock availability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in sales or marketing, preferably with exposure to the Naypyidaw market
- Must be based in Naypyidaw or willing to relocate to the capital region
- Understanding of government procurement processes and institutional sales is advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both Myanmar and English
