Makro's Young Professional Development Program in Mingalar Taung Nyunt offers fresh graduates a structured 12-month rotation across key departments including merchandising, operations, finance, and HR. You gain hands-on experience in wholesale retail management while receiving mentorship from senior leaders and participating in formal training sessions on retail fundamentals, leadership skills, and business analytics. Each rotation is designed to build cross-functional understanding of how Makro serves wholesale members across Myanmar. This is Makro's pipeline for future department managers, store leaders, and corporate specialists in Myanmar. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited Myanmar or international institution. Strong communication skills in both English and Myanmar for cross-functional collaboration and member engagement. Willingness to rotate across departments and branches, including potential assignments in Mingalar Taung Nyunt, Mayangone, or other Yangon locations. Demonstrated leadership potential through academic projects, extracurricular activities, or prior internships. Candidates should be recent graduates (within 2 years) with no significant employment gaps and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in retail or wholesale distribution.
