Requirements
High school completion or equivalent vocational training preferred; no prior retail experience required as full training is provided. Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 15kg), and work early morning or rotating shifts as per branch operational needs. Basic numeracy for stock counting and familiarity with Myanmar language for customer interaction are essential. Demonstrated reliability, honesty in handling cash or inventory, and willingness to follow strict hygiene and safety procedures are non-negotiable. Candidates based in Mingalar Taung Nyunt, Mayangone, or nearby townships are preferred to ensure punctual attendance.
