Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required. Must speak fluent Myanmar and have basic comprehension of English for reading signage or labels. Strong interpersonal skills, patience under pressure, and the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment are essential. Candidates must be physically capable of standing for full shifts and moving around large store spaces. Preference will be given to applicants living in Mingalar Taung Nyunt, Mayangone, or neighboring townships to support consistent scheduling and punctuality.
