Requirements
High school completion preferred; prior bakery or food service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Must be comfortable working early shifts starting before 6 AM and standing for extended periods near ovens. Basic numeracy for measuring ingredients and literacy for following recipe cards in English or Myanmar are required. Candidates must demonstrate cleanliness, reliability, and willingness to adhere to food safety standards. Preference for applicants based in Mingalar Taung Nyunt, Mayangone, or nearby areas to ensure consistent attendance during critical morning production hours.
