About this role

Role overview Support the logistics operations at RK Yangon Steel's Thanlyin plant by coordinating the movement of raw materials into the facility and finished steel products out to customers. This entry-level role provides exposure to the supply chain operations of a steel manufacturing company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound raw material deliveries with suppliers and the warehouse receiving team
• Schedule outbound deliveries of finished steel products to customers, coordinating with transporters
• Prepare delivery documentation including waybills, gate passes, and delivery confirmations
• Track shipment status and update the logistics team on any delays or issues
• Maintain records of stock movements between warehouse, production, and dispatch areas
• Assist in inventory counting and stock reconciliation activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
• No prior experience required, though familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations is helpful
• Basic computer skills for data entry and email communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling documentation accurately
• Willingness to work in a factory environment in Thanlyin

What success looks like Materials arrive on time for production, finished products ship to customers as promised, and all documentation is accurate and complete.
