Corporate Relationship Manager

About this role

Developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to provide group life insurance and employee benefit solutions is a strategic, high-impact role. The Corporate Relationship Manager at KBZ Life Insurance is responsible for expanding the company's B2B footprint across multiple cities, including Pathein and Mandalay, by securing large-scale group insurance contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and acquire new corporate clients for group life insurance and employee benefit schemes
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR directors, CFOs, and business owners in target companies
• Negotiate complex group insurance contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements
• Coordinate with the underwriting team to assess corporate risk profiles and structure appropriate coverage
• Manage the renewal process for existing corporate accounts, ensuring high retention rates
• Travel regularly to assigned territories including Pathein and Mandalay to maintain face-to-face client engagement

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in B2B sales, corporate relationship management, or employee benefits consulting
• Deep understanding of group insurance products and the corporate decision-making process
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic account planning skills
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Yangon, Pathein, Mandalay, and other target cities
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding large revenue targets
