Bank Advisor (Bago)

About this role

Providing financial advisory services and selling life insurance products through bank partnerships requires understanding both financial protection concepts and relationship-based selling. The Bank Advisor at KBZ Life Insurance based in Bago is responsible for generating business by helping bank customers understand and purchase suitable insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach bank customers to identify their financial protection needs and explain relevant life insurance products
• Achieve monthly sales targets for insurance policies sourced through the assigned bank branch
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank branch staff to facilitate referrals
• Conduct needs-based selling, ensuring that recommended products genuinely match the customer's financial situation
• Complete all policy documentation accurately and ensure compliance with insurance regulatory guidelines
• Track sales metrics and provide regular feedback to the regional sales manager

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, financial advisory, or insurance is highly preferred
• Must be based in Bago or willing to relocate to the Bago region at their own expense
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with the ability to build trust quickly
• Basic understanding of financial products, savings, and life insurance concepts
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the discipline to manage a sales pipeline independently
