Managing human resources operations within a TRM-managed outsourcing programme requires navigating the dynamics between the outsourcing agency, the client employer, and the workforce. The HR Executive at JDE Coffee Myanmar handles the full spectrum of HR duties for outsourced staff, ensuring seamless payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll for all outsourced employees accurately, ensuring compliance with tax and social security deductions
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract management, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on workplace policies and resolving disputes
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Myanmar labor laws and the specific regulatory requirements of the outsourcing arrangement
- Liaise closely with TRM management and JDE Coffee stakeholders to align on workforce planning and performance metrics
- Maintain confidential employee records and generate HR reports for both the agency and the client
Requirements:
- Experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or HR business partnering
- Strong understanding of Myanmar labor law, social security, and employment tax regulations
- Ability to manage multi-party relationships and communicate effectively with both agency and client stakeholders
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive employee data
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll software
