IT Supervisor
About this role
Wave Plus operates in the FMCG sector in Myanmar. The IT department supports business operations through infrastructure management and helpdesk services.
You will supervise the IT helpdesk and resolve escalated hardware and software issues and manage network infrastructure including switches, routers, and access points. You must administer user accounts, permissions, and email systems and coordinate IT procurement and vendor relationships for hardware and software licenses. You will also enforce endpoint security policies including antivirus updates and USB drive restrictions across all company workstations.
Required skills include IT helpdesk escalation management, network hardware administration, user account provisioning, and endpoint security policy enforcement and patch management.
