Interior Designer
About this role
Translating architectural spaces into finished, functional interiors is the focus of this design role at Delight Amatat in Thingangyun. Working within a construction company means your designs move from concept drawings to actual built environments.
You will develop interior design concepts, create mood boards and material palettes, prepare detailed drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors and suppliers on site, and manage installation timelines. The role requires balancing aesthetic vision with budget constraints and construction practicalities.
A mid-level interior designer with a portfolio of completed residential or commercial projects will find this role aligns well. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp, strong material knowledge, and the ability to communicate design decisions to non-design stakeholders are all important.
Working inside a construction company rather than a standalone design studio gives you direct access to the building process. Interior designers who understand construction methods and site constraints produce more realistic and implementable designs, making this a strong environment for professional growth.
