Wave Plus operates in the FMCG sector in Myanmar. The HR function manages the employee lifecycle from hiring through separation for the company's workforce.
You will oversee recruitment processes from job posting to offer letter issuance and manage the onboarding process for new hires across different departments. You must monitor employee attendance, manage leave records, and process payroll inputs while ensuring compliance with Myanmar labor laws in all HR practices and documentation. You will also review and update the employee handbook periodically to reflect any changes in Myanmar labor regulations.
Required skills include full-cycle recruitment execution, payroll input processing, labor law compliance monitoring, and employee handbook revision and labor regulation monitoring.
This supervisory role provides the management experience required to step into an HR Manager position.
