About this role

TOMO operates in the FMCG sector in Myanmar. The HR department requires a supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure policy consistency.

You will supervise daily HR operations including attendance tracking and leave approval and handle employee relations issues to mediate workplace disputes. You must ensure company HR policies are applied consistently across departments and support the HR Manager in annual performance review cycles and recruitment drives. You will also conduct structured exit interviews with departing staff to identify turnover trends and report retention risks to management.

Required skills include employee dispute mediation, policy implementation, attendance and leave management, and exit interview facilitation and turnover data reporting.

Supervising HR operations in an FMCG environment builds the experience needed for HR Manager roles.
