HR Assistant Manager
About this role
Thadoe Mahar Co., Ltd is a domestic company requiring HR management support to maintain its workforce operations. The HR department handles standard employee lifecycle processes for the organization.
You will support the HR Manager in policy development and employee handbook updates and handle employee grievance investigations and disciplinary proceedings. You must coordinate annual performance appraisal cycles and manage recruitment pipelines for mid-level vacancies. You will also manage the company's probationary period tracking system to ensure timely employee confirmations and prevent administrative delays.
Required skills include disciplinary procedure documentation, performance appraisal coordination, mid-level recruitment, and probationary period tracking and confirmation workflow management.
This assistant manager role is the direct pipeline to HR Manager for the organization.
