Role overview Support the human resources function at Royal Care Plus, a medical product distribution company in Yankin. This entry-level HR role assists with employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation in a sector where regulatory compliance for product distribution extends to workforce management.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records including personal data, attendance, leave balances, and contract documents
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including orientation logistics and document collection
  • Assist in payroll data preparation and verify leave and attendance records
  • Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
  • Handle HR-related inquiries from staff and direct complex issues to the HR manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of Myanmar labor law and HR practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping
  • Good communication skills and a professional, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
