Managing the people and administrative functions of a construction company requires balancing office operations with site-level workforce needs. This role handles HR and administration for Delight Amatat from their Thingangyun office.
You will process employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain personnel records, handle payroll inputs, manage office supplies and vendor contracts, coordinate site safety documentation, and support recruitment activities. The role bridges desk-based administration with the practical demands of a construction business.
This mid-level position requires experience in HR or office administration, preferably within construction, engineering, or a related industry. You should be organized, comfortable handling confidential employee data, and able to manage multiple administrative streams simultaneously. Familiarity with Myanmar labor law basics is helpful.
