About this role

Managing financial recording and reporting for a diversified business operating in the capital region requires strict adherence to accounting standards and local tax regulations. The Finance and Account role at Innopex Company in Nay Pyi Taw handles the day-to-day financial operations that keep the company's hospitality, retail, and service divisions fiscally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for management review
• Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment of corporate taxes, commercial taxes, and withholding taxes according to Myanmar regulations
• Monitor departmental budgets and track expenditures against approved limits
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and filings
• Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all financial documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Practical experience in corporate accounting, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or diversified business sectors
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar tax laws and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and ability to handle confidential financial information
