About this role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor at Mingalar Sky oversees dining operations within an airport service environment, where speed, consistency, and food safety are non-negotiable. Airport passengers have limited time and high expectations, and this role ensures that the F&B outlet delivers quality food and service within the constraints of a regulated airport facility in Kamaryut.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily F&B operations including opening, shift management, and closing procedures
  • Ensure food preparation and service meet quality standards and regulatory requirements for airport facilities
  • Manage staff scheduling, duty rotations, and on-the-job training for service crew
  • Monitor inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies, coordinating with procurement for timely replenishment
  • Handle customer complaints and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
  • Maintain compliance with airport authority regulations, health and safety standards, and hygiene certifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably in high-volume or travel-related hospitality settings
  • Knowledge of food safety management systems and airport or regulated facility operations
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team under time-pressured conditions
  • Strong organizational ability to manage inventory, staff, and service quality simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work shifts that align with flight schedules including early mornings and late evenings
