About this role

Recruiting hundreds of employees across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and corporate functions requires a structured and scalable approach. This role builds and executes the recruitment strategy for EAC Myanmar's entire workforce from the Hlaing office.

You will manage end-to-end hiring processes, develop job descriptions and selection criteria, build sourcing channels for both white-collar and blue-collar roles, coordinate with hiring managers on candidate assessment, track recruitment metrics, and work on employer branding to attract talent in a competitive market.

This mid-level role requires experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a high-volume hiring environment. You should be comfortable managing multiple open positions simultaneously, have strong interviewing and assessment skills, and understand how to build recruitment pipelines that reduce time-to-hire.
