Leading internal audit engagements across a large FMCG distribution group requires both technical rigor and the ability to communicate findings clearly. This senior role at EAC Myanmar assesses how effectively the group's six business units manage risk and maintain financial controls.
You will plan and execute audit engagements, evaluate financial controls and operational processes, identify areas of risk or inefficiency, prepare detailed audit reports for board review, and recommend process improvements. The role involves travel between Yangon and Mandalay to cover the group's operational footprint.
This senior position requires a professional accounting qualification or significant audit experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution. You should be capable of working independently, writing clear and actionable audit findings, and engaging constructively with operational managers who may resist audit recommendations.

Requirements
5+ years in internal or external audit, CPA or ACCA qualified, FMCG or manufacturing audit experience, Strong analytical and reporting skills
