About this role

Building relationships with retailers and wholesalers in the Mandalay region is the daily work of this field-based sales role. EAC Myanmar needs representatives who can ensure its FMCG products maintain strong shelf presence across assigned territories.

You will visit retail outlets and wholesale accounts daily, take and process orders, check product availability and display compliance, introduce new products or promotions, collect payments, and report on competitor activity and market conditions. Managing your territory as if it were your own small business is the expected mindset.

This entry-level field sales role requires a willingness to travel daily within the Mandalay region, physical stamina for route-based work, and strong interpersonal skills. Prior sales experience is helpful but not mandatory if you demonstrate energy, reliability, and the ability to build rapport with shop owners.

EAC Myanmar's distribution reach in Upper Myanmar is substantial, and sales representatives are the visible face of the company's brands in local markets. Field sales experience at this scale teaches commercial instincts that are difficult to develop in office-based roles, providing a foundation for progression into area or regional sales management.
