About this role

Executing brand activations and trade promotions across Myanmar's retail landscape is the primary focus of this role. EAC Myanmar needs brand executives who can translate brand strategies into on-the-ground execution that drives consumer purchases.

You will plan and implement trade marketing activities, manage in-store promotions and merchandising, coordinate with distributors and retailers on brand visibility, track promotional spend against budgets, and report on campaign effectiveness. Regular travel to trade areas outside Yangon is likely.

This mid-level role requires experience in brand activation, trade marketing, or consumer promotions within the FMCG sector. You should understand retail dynamics, be capable of managing field teams, and have the analytical skills to evaluate whether promotions are delivering measurable results.
