Assistant Brand Manager

Supporting the growth of household FMCG brands like Super CoffeeMix requires a mix of analytical thinking and creative execution. This role assists the brand management team at EAC Myanmar in developing and executing strategies that keep these products visible and competitive.
You will analyze sales data and market trends, assist in planning promotional campaigns, coordinate with trade marketing and distribution teams on in-store activations, track competitor activity, and contribute to annual brand planning. The role involves both desk-based analysis and field visits to understand retail execution.
This mid-level position suits someone with two or more years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or FMCG marketing. You should be comfortable working with data, have strong presentation skills, and understand the dynamics of Myanmar's retail distribution landscape. Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability is key.
