The Data Analyst at Huawei Myanmar transforms raw network, customer, and operational data into actionable insights that guide strategic business decisions and optimize service delivery across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, clean, and process large volumes of structured and unstructured data from multiple internal systems
• Build dashboards and automated reports to track key performance indicators across business units
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within network and customer data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions
• Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner
• Support the development of predictive models to improve network efficiency and customer retention

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Python or R for statistical analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches
