Aden Services (Myanmar) Ltd is seeking for the qualified candidates to fill in the positions as follows: Cooking Staff (Chinese speaking) – Male (1) post

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for canteen cooking under the direction of the Executive Chef the day-to-day preparation of meals and menu items.
• Preparation required mise en place as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure that Food Safe Practices are strictly adhered to in order that all products served is of the highest quality.
• Supporting team Assist team in cleaning duties of kitchen and dishwashing needs.
• Responsible for communicating all maintenance concerns and issue work orders to the maintenance team
• Other duties, daily operations and special request from Client, Chef and Management Team to perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Having 2 or 3 years experience in cooking at hotels and Chinese restaurants
• Good Personality and Healthy
• Chinese speaking preferable, self-driven, proactive and independent worker
• Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
• Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment
