Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear and accessible policy summaries, product brochures, and website copy for various insurance plans
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns
• Translate complex insurance terminology, such as riders, premiums, and exclusions, into plain language
• Collaborate with the marketing and compliance teams to ensure all content meets regulatory advertising standards
• Edit and proofread materials produced by other departments to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Create internal communications that keep the sales force and staff informed about product updates

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Ability to quickly understand and accurately explain insurance and financial protection concepts
• Experience in financial writing, corporate communications, or insurance copywriting is preferred
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and social media platforms
• High attention to detail to ensure no misleading information is published
