Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precision cutting, trimming, and preparation of beef, pork, and poultry according to wholesale specifications and customer requests
• Maintain strict cold chain protocols to ensure meat freshness and compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage meat inventory levels, tracking receiving, aging, and sales to minimize spoilage and waste
• Keep all butchery equipment, cutting boards, and display cases sanitized to the highest hygiene standards
• Assist business customers with specialized orders, providing advice on cuts, yields, and pricing for bulk purchases
• Ensure accurate weighing and pricing of all products sold at the wholesale counter

Requirements:

• Professional training or certification in meat processing, butchery, or a related culinary field
• Significant experience in a wholesale butchery, meat processing plant, or high-volume hotel kitchen
• In-depth knowledge of meat anatomy, cutting techniques, and food safety regulations
• Physical strength and stamina required for handling heavy cuts of meat and prolonged standing
• Commitment to maintaining an absolutely clean and sanitary work environment
