Assisting in the development and execution of branding strategies across a company with varied hospitality and retail ventures requires both creativity and organizational discipline. The Branding Assistant at Innopex Company supports the design and marketing teams in ensuring that all customer touchpoints reflect a cohesive and appealing brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating visual and written content for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal communications
• Help manage the company's brand asset library, ensuring all logos, images, and templates are up to date and accessible
• Coordinate with external designers and printing vendors to produce promotional materials for retail outlets and hospitality venues
• Monitor brand consistency across physical locations and digital channels, flagging any deviations from guidelines
• Support the planning and execution of brand activation events and product launches
• Conduct basic competitor analysis to identify branding trends in the local market

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline
• Basic graphic design skills using software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
• Strong creative mindset paired with the ability to follow established brand guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and current digital marketing trends
