About this role

Supporting business development efforts across a diversified company with operations spanning hospitality, retail, and services is the primary function of this entry-level role. The BD Assistant at Innopex Company helps identify new market opportunities, prepare client-facing materials, and conduct the research necessary to fuel the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes across multiple sectors
  • Assist senior business development staff in preparing professional presentations, proposals, and pitch documents
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management database with accurate interaction logs
  • Coordinate logistics for business meetings, client visits, and promotional events
  • Draft initial business correspondence and follow-up communications with prospective partners
  • Track the progress of ongoing business development initiatives and report on key metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Myanmar
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
  • No extensive prior experience required, though internships in sales or marketing are a plus
